Pooja plate is made up of Brass sheet and “OM” symbol on it and this plate is otherwise called “Nakshee Tapku” that is famous for its laser printed design. The edges of this Pooja plate have a pattern called Nakshee design. The pooja thali comes along with a Glossy mirror finishing that adds charm and an elegant look to the plate. Ideal to be used during Poojas to offer prayers and keep necessary pooja items in it. It is also used as aarti thali during rituals to welcome guests home as a part of Indian tradition. REFUND POLICY

Refunds shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

All refund requests must undergo validation and approval by the Company’s Customer Care department.

Refunds shall be processed only upon receipt of confirmation from the relevant third-party seller regarding the satisfactory condition and packaging of the returned product(s).

The refund process shall be initiated within ten (10) business days from the date of completion of the reverse pickup procedure.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the product(s) shall be returned to the Company’s designated warehouse. Subsequently, the order shall be cancelled, and a refund shall be processed in accordance with this Refund Policy.

For prepaid orders cancelled prior to delivery, the refund shall be initiated within seven (7) working days from the date of cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel their order at any time prior to the delivery of the product(s), provided that such cancellation occurs within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.

Refunds pertaining to cancelled orders shall be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the Refund Policy above.

In the event that a delivery attempt is made for an order that has been cancelled, the User is advised to decline acceptance of the delivery.
