REFUND POLICY

Refunds shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

• All refund requests must undergo validation and approval by the Company’s Customer Care department.

• Refunds shall be processed only upon receipt of confirmation from the relevant third-party seller regarding the satisfactory condition and packaging of the returned product(s).

• The refund process shall be initiated within ten (10) business days from the date of completion of the reverse pickup procedure.

• In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the product(s) shall be returned to the Company’s designated warehouse. Subsequently, the order shall be cancelled, and a refund shall be processed in accordance with this Refund Policy.

• For prepaid orders cancelled prior to delivery, the refund shall be initiated within seven (7) working days from the date of cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Users may cancel their order at any time prior to the delivery of the product(s), provided that such cancellation occurs within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.

• Refunds pertaining to cancelled orders shall be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the Refund Policy above.

• In the event that a delivery attempt is made for an order that has been cancelled, the User is advised to decline acceptance of the delivery.
